We will assign a key member of staff to liaise with you and keep you fully informed of the process.

In broad terms we will first research your organisation and it’s aims and objectives, we will look at your competitors and how others in the same area address similar issues. We will investigate your clients what they like or dislike, how they use the web and what their needs are in relation to the project. This will allow us to formalise the outcomes of the brief.

We will then provide a strategy document outlining how the project will meet its goals and what steps will be required to get there. This will include a detailed breakdown of timescale and budget.
