We will appoint a project manager to act as the point of contact with a designated member of your team. This acts to streamline the process and ensures that information is efficiently passed between the two organisations.

The project manager will develop a plan which will outline the key stages of the project and their completion dates as well as arranging a schedule of meetings to discuss these development targets.

In the initial design phase we will create templates for your pages using colour, shape, typography, image and so on to create a starting point for the conception of the look and feel of the site. We will liaise closely with you at all times.

Once the design has been approved we then build the information architecture, the database and any other coded parts of the site and upload a test version of your site on our servers. We are then able to test the functioning of the site, client response, navigation and usability and so on before we go live.

Finally, after launch we continue to monitor the performance of the site and can run a maintenance programme to ensure everything continues to function as required.
