A usable site is one that allows users to easily access the information that they require in an enjoyable and efficient manner.

Usability is determined by a variety of factors but is largely determined by your target client group; what are their likes/dislikes, what sites do they use regularly? What technology do they use? What expertise do they have? What are they looking for?

Broadly we design from four principles; our design should be user centred, it should be consistent both between pages on your site and within the genre, we simplify the interface between the user and their goal and most importantly we focus on giving the user content.
